1. Information we process

When a merchant installs the App, we store the following:

• Your store identifier — your *.myshopify.com domain.
• An access token issued by Shopify, used to authenticate the App and save your configuration.
• The settings you configure, such as shipping goals, messages, display position, active pages, and style options.

The App requests no Shopify API access scopes and does not access or store customer personal data, orders, products, payment details, or any other store records.

2. How we use information

• To provide and operate the App’s core functionality.
• To save and apply your free shipping bar configuration.
• To authenticate your store and keep the App secure.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored with trusted cloud providers using encrypted connections (TLS). Configuration data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, and a copy of the bar settings is written to Shopify’s app-data metafields so your theme can render the bar.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers required to run the App (hosting and database services).

5. Data retention and deletion

When the App is uninstalled, Shopify sends a webhook and we automatically delete the associated sessions and configuration. Any residual data is removed again through Shopify’s mandatory shop data erasure webhook. Because the App stores no customer personal data, customer data request and erasure webhooks require no further action.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data described above at any time. Since this is limited to your store identifier and App settings, uninstalling the App is the simplest way to have it removed.
